Overall, this app has done a lot but if they addressed these two main issues, the app would be one of the best calendar apps hands down. I also appreciate being able to create individual projects within lists as to be able to divide my life into its parts and the associated projects within each part. I look to use this mostly for my personal life more than work, but I appreciate having the multiple account integrations and accessibility to drive so that you’re able to directly connect items to tasks/events. If this were available as an option, I feel as thought categorization of events/tasks would be much more streamlined. My second issue is that I’m unable to assign a calendar or list when inputting an event from the ‘Today’ view on my desktop. When turning on notifications from the app it sends me to my iOS settings but when there, there’s no notifications setting to change in the first place. My first issue is that I'm unable to receive notifications for my events because Plan doesn’t have notifications in my settings. It takes a moment to understand how the system works but once you’re past the initial learning curve, it’s easy to navigate. Events from Gmail flight, hotel, concert. Different ways to view your calendar quickly switch between month, week and day views. Get the official Google Calendar app for your iPhone or iPad to save time and make the most of every day.
#GOOGLE CALENDAR ORGANIZEME DOWNLOAD#
I was looking for a time blocking application when I came across Plan. Download Google Calendar: Get Organised and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. I would recommend to the developers to first: 1) one fix these bugs 2) make a dark mode 3)to have a developer feedback place somewhere (app or website) that if the place doesn’t support sending emails, to not rely on Twitter. I think it’s better for time blocking the week ahead of for you in a more aesthetically pleasing format than google calendar, and organize the type of tasks a lot better, but it still is not working to time block as I imagine.

I also can’t read the one on light gray text on top when i make a task, and each time I click on it it crashes each time I touch it. However, there is one task i made 3 years ago on this app (that I am now trying out again) that keeps coming back on the Notification Center that I keep clicking “complete/remove” that shows up again after closing the app. I was really excited to try this app out for time blocking, and I was impressed by the seamless design. I liked the formatting, but it’s a bit glitchy and hard to read sometimes.
